Besides the Bill on Azerbaijan’s State Budget 2010 the package recommended for discussion at Milli Majlis plenary session also composes Socio–Economic Development Concept for 2010-13 drafted by the Ministry of Economic Development.
At today’s session of 5 parliamentary committees Sevinj Hasanova, deputy minister for economic development, has said that in 2010 the forecast on country’s oil production is 53.3 million tons of oil.
“At the same time the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) will produce 8.5 million tons of oil and Azerbaijan International Operating Company (a consortium developing oilfield block Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli) 44.8 million tons,” Hasanova said.
Natural gas production is expected to be 27.2 bn cu m.
